Alexis Parker, RN, is the Founder and Executive Director of Parker Integrated Services LLC. She is the founder and visionary behind Parker Haven Estates.

As a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical experience, Alexis has spent years caring for patients and supporting families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. During her career, she recognized a significant gap in long-term residential care options for seniors who require assistance but still deserve a comfortable,  home-like environment.

Her mission is to create residential care homes that prioritize dignity,  safety, and compassionate support while giving families peace of mind.

Through  Parker Haven Estates, Alexis aims to develop a new standard of residential assisted living that combines professional healthcare insight with a warm, personalized living experience.

Alexis founded Parker Haven Estates with a vision of creating smaller, more personal residential care homes where seniors can feel safe, valued, and truly at home.

After years of working in healthcare and witnessing the challenges families face when searching for quality long-term care options, she became passionate about developing an alternative model - one that prioritizes dignity, attentive care, and a supportive home environment.

Professional Background:

Alexis Parker is a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical experience caring for patients in complex healthcare environments. Such extensive experience includes, but is not limited to, skilled nursing facilities, home care, assisted living, case management, quality assurance, LTACH, psych, progressive care, travel nursing, and cardiac ICU. Her work has provided firsthand insight into the needs of seniors and the importance of safe, attentive residential care.

Through Parker Integrated Services LLC, Alexis combines her healthcare experience with a mission-driven approach to developing residential care homes that emphasize safety, dignity, and personalized support.
