Parker Haven Estates

Parker Haven Estates is a residential assisted living home currently in development in Northwest Ohio.

The goal of Parker Haven Estates is to provide seniors with a safe and comfortable living environment where they can receive assistance with daily activities while maintaining independence and quality of life.

Unlike large institutional facilities, Parker Haven Estates will operate as a small residential home with a limited number of residents. This allows caregivers to provide more individualized attention and create a supportive family-like atmosphere.

Parker Haven Estates is designed for seniors who value a safe, supportive, and comfortable living environment while receiving assistance with daily activities. 

The home will serve individuals who may no longer wish to or are unable to live alone but do not require the level of medical care provided in a skilled nursing facility.

Residents may include:

- Seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, or mobility.

- Seniors who benefit from medication management, reminders, and supervision.

- Seniors seeking a smaller, home-like living environment.

- Seniors who may feel isolated living alone and benefit from companionship and community.
